Return & Refund Policy

At Rippy  TCG  Store, we want our customers to shop with confidence. We accept returns on items that are unopened, unused, and in their original sealed condition within 14 days of delivery. Due to the nature of trading card products, we cannot accept returns on opened or tampered items. To initiate a return, customers must contact us via email with their order details. Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process the refund to the original payment method. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the item is faulty or incorrect. Refunds may take several business days to reflect depending on your payment provider.
